InLearn Center of Excellence in Non-Formal Education is organizing a workshop on the importance of applying the approach and principles of adult education, which will be held on April 30, 2021. years in the period 14: 00-16: 00. Due to the current epidemiological situation, the workshop will be held online, via the Zoom application.
If you want to learn more about the principles of adult education or andragogical principles, from design, through implementation to an evaluation of educational programs and understanding the process of adult learning, then this workshop can be very useful because you will get all the information about what is needed in one place. to organize effective and innovative vocational education for your own or the needs of your users. Whether you need it yourself or want to respond to the needs, through this workshop you will enter the space of ensuring quality program development, following learning outcomes and ways of evaluating success, planning classes, teaching methods and techniques, and checking acquired knowledge and skills and the role of feedback trainers and trainees in the general quality assurance system of the training center.
The workshop will be led by the MSc. Snježana Đuričić [1], Master of Didactics from Ca ’Foscari University, Venice, with many years of experience in formal and non-formal education, who is currently completing postgraduate studies in andragogy at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade.

The registration fee for participation in the workshop for one training center is 50.00 KM, regardless of how many team members will participate in this workshop. It is enough for one person to register and pay the registration fee, after which you will receive a link to the Zoom meeting on the e-mail you specify in the application, which you can forward to your colleagues.
This workshop is organized by the InLearn Center, which provides support to employers who are planning or already have an established system for training staff from specific industries.
