The second workshop of the InLearn Center was organized on March 3, 2021. Due to the current epidemiological situation, the workshop was realized online via the Zoom application.
Companies that want grants support need information and advice on developing project proposals to apply for open calls for grant funds. Based on the years of the experience in development and evaluation of project proposals and cooperation with institutions and organizations that finance such projects, the workshop was held by the director of the InLearn Center, Nermin Oruč.
In the introductory part, the critical factors of a successful project proposal are clarified. They should respond to the essential evaluation criteria set for such proposals, especially in the EU, but also within the currently open calls in BiH and the region for funding training centres.
Afterwards, the attendees were introduced to the Canvas Tool, which can help employers learn and work with their own business model from a comprehensive perspective. After getting acquainted with this instrument, the participants were practically shown how to fill in and make a Canvas Tool by going through each element. This tool can help training centres that intend to apply for open calls for grant funds through the visualization and presentation of a business plan.
Since MarketMakers has published a call for micro-investments for the company academy, it was explained in more detail what the project proposal for applying for open calls for grant funds should include based on the Market Makers proposal template. Participants are invited to prepare their project proposals and take the opportunity offered by Market Makers. During the workshop, through discussion and exchange of ideas between the participants and concrete advice from the InLearn team, we believe that the workshop participants received the necessary assistance for the successful preparation of their project proposals.
